A decade of building what didn't exist yet.

Vlad Alecu is a technology entrepreneur, engineer, and venture builder. He founded his first company at 16, moved to London at 19 to build an AI startup, and today, at 25, serves as Partner and Chief Technology Officer at GNOSE.AI, working directly with entrepreneur Cristian Onețiu across technology, product, and new ventures.

At19,whilestudyinginLondon,heco-foundedWiredVibe,startingthecompanyoutofWeWork.Theneuroscience-basedAIplatformgrewtomorethan10,000users.Thecompanyattractedanetworkofscientists,entrepreneurs,andinvestors,includingProfessorYorickWilks,oneofthefoundingfiguresofnaturallanguageprocessing.Fundingdiscussionsvaluedthecompanyat£5M,andVladexitedin2024.

Today,hisworksitsattheintersectionofengineering,AI,product,andventurebuilding.Heworkswithfoundersandoperatorstoturnambitiousideasintocompaniesandtechnologythatcanscale.

I come in on both sides of the problem: the strategy that decides what gets built, and the engineering that builds it. Everything ships through AKY X, my studio and holding company in the United Kingdom.
